    Terrible place. They pay people to post fake reviews here. Just read some the 5 star reviews. Half of them are about two or three words long. Beyond that their feminist professor is projecting brittle weakness when she simply kicks a student out of class for offering a different point of view. She was to stupid to convince him, so she shut down dialogue. How hard is it to simply say, "Thank you for sharing your opinion, perhaps you have convinced other people in the class but not me. Next question." If her skin is to thin to handle an argument I suggest not talking about debatable topics.

    This is my second year living in the Philadelphia Square Apartments and I'm very satisfied! The apartments are very modern and look new, and the quality is hard to beat. The ladies managing Philly Square are very nice and helpful and will assist you with whatever you need. Utilities are free which is awesome and you have access to a gym and a movie theater, plus there are two different locations to do laundry, one of which is right in the main building. I was surprised at how nice the apartments were, they are high-quality. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and overall the apartments are comfy - it's definitely worth living in Philly Square.

    I have been using Brad Houtla at Supinka & Supinka as my personal and business attorney. Brad has been GREAT! I have received very good advice from him on matters ranging from collecting money from clients to Rental issues to property issues, etc. I highly recommend this firm. Supinka & Supinka have always been fair when billing me as well. I originally went to Supinka & Supinka based on the recommendation of a local resident and client.   • Review of "B&L Properties - Student Housing" at Indiana

    B & L properties have beautiful apartments. There are many options but I personally love how close I am to campus. Close to campus = short walk to class!! The maintenance staff is very timely and pleasant every time we have made a request. In my 5 bedroom apartment, 4 of us have our own sinks...a life saver for an apartment full of girls. Also, I can't say enough how much I love having a washer and dryer right in our kitchen!
